Invisalign Teeth Aligners
In addition to straightening crooked or misaligned teeth, Invisalign can also close spaces between teeth or correct overcrowding. Overbites, underbites and crossbites are also effectively corrected with Invisalign.
Invisalign is a system that requires the patient to wear their aligners for 22 hours a day. Since the aligners are not permanently attached to the teeth, they can be easily removed at mealtime which enables the wearer to eat whatever they like and they are easy to clean.
Trays are changed every two weeks as the treatment progresses

What is the process?
Dr. Galatis will assess your dental needs and then plan your treatment. If you are a candidate for Invisalign, he will take impressions of our bite and send them in to be processed using advanced 3D computer imaging.
Once that’s done, your customised aligners will arrive to be fitted. Aligners need to be worn all the time, except when you are eating, drinking, brushing or flossing your teeth.
The treatment time depends on your specific dental needs, but in general most Invisalign treatments take about a year.
